ISU Athletic Training Staff Welcomes New Graduate Assistants

Summary

Three graduate assistants set to join ISU Athletic Training Staff for 2009-2010.

The ISU Athletic Training Staff will have three new graduate assistant athletic trainers joining the Cyclones in 2009-2010.  The three newest members of the staff include:

Kent Bultemeier from Purdue University  will be working with the ISU Wrestling team and worked with Purdue's wrestling this past year.  He was a summer Intern with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the summers 2007 and 2008. Has also worked football and tennis.


Nicole Graham from Illinois State University will be working with the ISU Track and Field teams.  She has experience at Illinois State working with their varsity track and field, football, softball, and volleyball teams as well as with a local high school. Nicole is an Illinois Athletic Trainers Association College Bowl Participant.  Both of Nicole's parents are athletic trainers.

Joshua Miley from Truman State University will take over as the Head Athletic Trainer at Ames High School.  Josh has experience with Track and Field, wrestling, baseball, football, swimming, and has worked the J Robinson Intensive Wrestling camps 2007 and 2008. He is a Certified Weight Management Assessor for the Missouri State High School Activities Association.  He is on the Missouri Student Leadership Council for Athletic Training:  He is a member of Phi Epsilon Kappa - a National Exercise Science Fraternity.  He Presented several research articles at the Mid-America Athletic Trainers' Association Convention in April 2008.  He was awarded a Mid-America Athletic Trainers' Association District V Undergraduate Scholarship April 2008.

Congratulations to all.  We look forward to them joining the Cyclones in the coming months.
